On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers size 46 tag. Attached below is the “100% NYLON” flag tag. On the front, back and on each shoulder is the player number "42" in red on black screen print. Across the back is the player name "RIGGS" in black tackle twill on a white name plate. Below the numbers on each sleeve is the “FALCONS” logo. Autographed on t he back number in black marker and rates a 6.
