On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that is the size “48” and “6” L.B.” flag tags. On the inside back collar is an additional manufacturer's tag with "06-48" on it. On the front, back and on both sleeves is the player number "8" in grey tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "CULPEPPER" in grey tackle twill on a black name plate. On both sleeves above the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The jersey has black spandex sides and custom elastic sleeves. On the front collar is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. The jersey shows light quarterback game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
