On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. Attached are two flag tags "4"L.B." and "44" indicating alteration and size, respectively. Inside the rear collar is a white strip tag with "09-44" indicating jersey year and size, respectively. On the front, back and on both sleeves is player number "20" in silver tackle twill. Player name "McFADDEN" appears on back on a black nameplate in the same tackle twill. The sleeves are shortened with an elastic hem. At the front V-neck is the NFL EQUIPMENT shield. Adjacent on the left breast is the team "1960-2009 Commitment to Excellence" embroidered patch. Adjacent to each player number on the sleeves is the Reebok embroidered patch. The jersey is completely pounded with hit marks, sweat stains, a team repair and is unwashed. It shows excellent game-use and with the exception of the sleeves appears to have no other alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from JO Sports stating it was worn on 9/27/2009 Vs. the Denver Broncos. It is further accompanied by a Team LOA.
