On the left front tail is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 48 tag. Above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Seattle Seahawks” tag. Next to these is the “83” year tag. On the front, back, and both shoulders is the player number “76” in blue screen print. Across the back is the player name “Borchardt” in blue screen print on a white name plate. On the bottom of each sleeve is the “Seahawks” logo in blue screen print. In the front waistband of the pants is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag with the size"32", “SHORT” and “01” flag tags attached. Written on the inside waistband in black marker is the player number “55-G.” On the front upper left leg is the official "NFL" logo patch and on the front upper right leg is the embroidered “REEBOK” logo. There are two autographs on the left leg of the pants. The jersey and pants show light game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind.
