Nike manufactured black patent leather cleats with orange and white accent colors. "Nike" swoosh is on the outside toe and inside of each cleat. "54" is embroidered in orange on each tongue. Size 13 manufacturers "PROMO SAMPLE" labels are on the inside of each cleat. "BRIAN URLACHER 2008" tag is on the inside of each tongue. Both cleats are signed in silver marker and rate a 9. The cleats show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA. Brian Urlacher hologram is on each cleat.
