In the helmet is the “KM PRO CAP” manufacturer’s label. Next to this is the “American Baseball Cap” size 7 ¼ label. “NY” interlocked logo on front in white paint. On back is a white piece of tape on which can be seen a very faded player number "14" when viewed under black light. The helmet shows game-use with heavy paint chipping and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
