Each page of the document is printed on letterhead from the League office in Chicago’s Straus Building, with the cover page dated “June 15, 1928”. Notable listed players include “Gehrig, H. L.” and “Ruth, George H.” for New York, and “Cobb, Tyrus R.” for Philadelphia. The pages are in EX overall condition.
