This red bank book from Yorkville Bank was the World Series account book for the American League Baseball Club of New York. This is a one of a kind item with hand written journal entries for the inaugural New York Yankees World Series at Yankee Stadium. It covered the 1923 postseason, the year in which the Yankees avenged their 1921 and 1922 losses to the New York Giants and won their first World Series in the newly built Yankee Stadium. Handwritten deposit amounts line the inside pages, with the book in overall NRMT condition.
