This is the first base used from the first through third innings during Game 4 of the 2009 World Series between the New York Yankees and the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia. The Yankees won the game 7-4. Joba Chamberlain got the win in relief while Brad Lidge took the loss after failing to hold down a 4-4 tie score in the ninth. Mariano Rivera came in from the bullpen and earned his second save of the series on just eight pitches. The top of the base features a large World Series 2009 logo. On opposing sides, the base has the Phillies logo along with “World Series 2009” and the MLB logo along with The Boys and Girls Club of America logo on the other opposing sides. On the bottom of the base, “1st Base Game 4 Set 1” is written in black sharpie. This base is accompanied by a LOA from Steiner Sports.
