On the front left tail is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag. Attached is the size “46” flag tag. Inside the left seam is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front is "ORIOLES." Below that and on the back is the player number "18." Across the back is the player name "LOPEZ." All lettering and numbering is done in orange on black tackle twill. On the back of the collar is the official “MLB” logo patch. On the left sleeve is the “Orioles 50th Anniversary” patch with the “Majestic” embroidered logo below. Autographed on front in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
