On the left front tail is the "Majestic" manufacturer’s tag. Attached is the size “44” flag tag. Inside the left seam is a wash tag with code "0062". Inside the back of the collar is the "1 44 08 S1" embroidered strip tag. Across the front is "CHICAGO" in blue on white tackle twill. Below on the left and on back is the player number “1” in red on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "FUKUDOME" in blue on white tackle twill sewn directly on back. On the outside back collar is the official “MLB” logo patch. On the left sleeve is the “Cubs” logo patch with the embroidered "Majestic" logo below. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from the Chicago Cubs.
