In the back of the collar is a “42 66 28” felt strip tag in blue chain stitch. Across the front is "NEW YORK." Below that and on the back is the player number "28." All lettering and numbering is done in blue on orange felt. On the left sleeve is the "Mets" team logo patch. On the back inside waistband of the pants is the "Spalding" manufacturer's tag. Adjacent is a wash instructions tag with a “1966 Set 1” flag tag. Next to these is a “34 24 ½ 65 33” felt strip tag in blue chain stitch. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
