On the left front is the "Majestic" manufacturer's tag. Attached is a size “46” flag tag. Inside the left seam is a wash tag with code "0062" on it. Across the front is "PHILLIES" in red and blue chenille on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "HAMELS" sewn directly on back. On back and on the left sleeve is the player number "35." All lettering and numbering is done in red on white tackle twill. Below the player number on the left sleeve is the embroidered "Majestic" logo. On the right sleeve is the “VUK” patch. On the outside back collar is the official "MLB" logo patch. There is Velcro between the 2nd and 3rd buttons to keep the jersey secure. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
