Inside the back collar is the "Wilson" manufacturers size 46 tag with wash instructions. On the left front tail is the “23 82” embroidered strip tag. Across the front is "Padres" in yellow on orange tackle twill. On back is the manager number "23" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the manager name "WILLIAMS" in yellow tackle twill on a brown name plate. The name plate has been restored. The jersey shows wear and besides the name plate being restored appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
