Albert Pujols has been nothing but sensational since he came up as a rookie in 2001. The Cardinals planned to send him to Triple A that year but his hitting prowess kept him with the big club. He figures to be a first ballot Hall of Famer and certainly is the best hitter of the new millenium. This Nike Pro model PD PRO 1226 was used by Albert in his rookie year as a third baseman or in the outfield. It is a black glove with his #5 written in silver marker on the wristband. The glove shows tremendous game-use and might have been used in winter ball as well as in the Majors. Glove comes with an LOA from Denny Eskin.
