This historical one of a kind oversized document from President Woodrow Wilson represented his appointment of John D. Moore to a Pennsylvania postmaster office in June of 1913. He executed the document with his signature in the bottom right corner, done in brown pen and rating a 7 with very slight smudging. Above the document is a black and white photo of Wilson throwing out the first baseball during opening day in 1916. The total size of the frame is 24” x 28”. The piece is in EX overall condition with slight folding on the signed document. Comes with a LOA from JSA.
