This black and white photograph of President Dwight Eisenhower and Vice President Richard Nixon is framed in a 14.5” x 18.5” black frame. Underneath the photograph is a postcard bearing the president’s seal and the signatures of both Eisenhower and Nixon. On top is the Dwight Eisenhower signature, which was done in blue pen and rates a strong 8. Below that is the signature of Richard Nixon, also done in blue pen, which has slightly faded but still rates a 7. Overall EX condition and comes with a LOA from JSA as well as an additional LOA.
