On the front left tail is the "Russell" size 48 manufacturer's tag with wash instructions. On the front, back, and on each sleeve is the player number "50" in blue screen print. Across the back is the player name "LEWIS" in blue screen print on a white name plate, which has been restored. The jersey shows moderate game-use with team repairs and except for the name plate appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from MEARS, graded A10.
