The bottom has been custom hemmed and shortened with no manufacturer’s tags remaining. On the inside back collar is a "03-46" strip tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "24" in white on yellow tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BAILEY" in white tackle twill on a burgundy name plate. The jersey has burgundy spandex sides and elastic sleeves. On the front of the collar is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch. Below this is "REDSKINS" embroidered in white. On each sleeve above the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates a 9. The jersey shows moderate game-use and and besides the customizations mentioned above appears to have no other alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
