On the left front tail is a "Wilson" manufacturer’s with the size "50 +3” written in black pen. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "65" in blue tackle twill. The sleeves have been shortened. On the left sleeve is a black armband for the death of Chuck Hughes, the only player in the history of the NFL to die on the field. The jersey shows moderate game-use with a team repair and besides the sleeves show no other alterations of any kind.
