An eight-time Pro Bowl selection and top ten all-time in pass attempts, completions, passing yards and passing TDs, Joe Montana set the standard of excellence for all contemporary quarterbacks. However, it is his two regular season MVP awards, three Super Bowl MVP awards, and four Super Bowl Championships that propel him into the upper echelon of elite professional athletes. Montana is recognized by most as the best quarterback of all time. On the left front tail is the "Russell" manufacturers size 44 tag with wash instructions. Attached below is the "100% NYLON" flag tag. On the front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "16". Across the back is the player name "MONTANA" on a red name plate. All lettering and numbering is done in white screen printing. Autographed on the back number in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows light quarterback game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
