Autographed on back in black marker with “Best Wishes Sports Immortal Museum” added and rates a 7. The jersey shows heavy game-use with team repairs. On the bottom left tail of the Irvin Pankey jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers size 54 tag. Above is additional manufacturers tag, "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Los Angeles Rams". On the front, sleeves and on the back is the player number "75" in yellow vinyl lettering.
