On the left front tail is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with wash instructions. Attached is a size “46” flag tag. Above is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the Los Angeles Rams” tag. On the front, back and on each sleeve is the player number "26" in blue vinyl lettering. Across the back is the player name "TYLER" in blue vinyl lettering on a white name plate. Autographed on front and back in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows heavy game-use with multiple team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
