In 1996, to commemorate Super Bowl XXXI between the Packers and Patriots, the NFL issued limited edition helmets that were signed by the opposing quarterbacks, Brett Favre and Drew Bledsoe. This Packers helmet is signed by Super Bowl champion Favre with the inscription “4” in black marker rating a 7-8. On back of the helmet is a very rare decal of “Pete” for Pete Rozelle across the NFL shield. There is also the Super Bowl XXXI logo. It is in EX overall condition and is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
