In the back collar is the "Russell" manufacturers size 50 tag with wash instructions. Attached is the “100% Nylon” flag tag. On the front, back on each sleeve is the player number "74" in light blue on red screen print. Across the back is the player name "B.MATTHEWS" in light blue tackle twill on a white name plate. The name on back has been restored. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom sleeves with spandex added. On the front left breast is the AFL “25th Anniversary” patch. The jersey shows heavy game-use with multiple team repairs and besides the name plate restoration with the custom sleeves appears to have no other alterations of any kind. Includes a LOA from the Houston Oilers Equipment Manager.
