In the back inside collar is the "Russell" manufacturers size 50 tag with wash instructions. On the front, back on each sleeve is the player number "63" in light blue on red screen print. Across the back is the player name "MUNCHAK" in light blue vinyl lettering on a white name plate. The jersey has white spandex sides and custom tailored elastic sleeves. The jersey shows heavy game-use with multiple team repairs and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Includes a LOA from the Houston Oilers Equipment Manager.
