In the back inside collar is the "Wilson” manufacturer's tag with wash instructions Attached is the size "44" flag tag. On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "57" in light blue on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "LATHON" in light blue on red tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey has white spandex sides, which have been taken in and custom elastic sleeves, which have been sewn tighter. On the front of the collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. On each sleeve above the player number is the "Wilson” logo patch. On the front left breast is the NFL “75th Anniversary” patch. There is a crotch piece attached to the bottom. The jersey shows light game-use and besides the customizations mentioned above appears to have no other alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
