On the front, back, and both sleeves is the player number "65" in light blue on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "BETHEA in light blue vinyl lettering on a white name plate. The jersey is autographed on the front number in red marker and rates a 9. The jersey is game-issued and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
