On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. Attached are the size "50" and "4" L.B." flag tags. In the inside back collar is a manufacturer’s strip tag with "06-50" "Q" on it. On the front and back is the player number "10" in white on light blue tackle twill. On each shoulder is the player number "10" in navy blue on white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "YOUNG" in white tackle twill on a navy blue name plate. The jersey has navy blue sides and open sleeves. On each sleeve below the player number is the "Reebok" embroidered logo and below is the "Titans" logo patch. On the front of the collar is the official "NFL Equipment" logo patch with "TITANS" embroidered below in white. The jersey shows moderate quarterback game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an additional LOA.
