On the left front tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 48 tag with wash instructions. On the front, back, and each sleeve is the player number "12" in white on red screen print. Across the back is the player name "KELLY" in white screen print on a blue name plate. Above the number on each sleeve is the "Champion" logo patch. On the front collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. On the front right breast is the Bills “35th Anniversary” patch. On the left breast is the NFL “75th Anniversary” patch. Blue spandex sides with open sleeves. The jersey shows moderate quarterback game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
