On the front left tail is the "STARTER" manufacturers tag. Attached are two additional manufacturer’s tags with the size "50" and "LONG." Adjacent is the "95" year tag. The player number "20" appears on the front, back, and both sleeves in blue with yellow trim screen print. Across the back is the player name "MEANS" in blue screen print on a white name plate. Above the player number on each sleeve is the "STARTER" logo patch. White spandex sides and open sleeves. The neck has been opened wider and customized on front. On the bottom front collar is the official "NFL" logo patch. The jersey shows heavy game-use and with multiple team repairs and besides the custom neck appears to have no other alterations of any kind. An additional LOA will be provided.
