On the inside back collar of this short sleeve fleece San Francisco Warriors yellow warm-up jacket is the "WILSON" manufacturers tag. On back is "SAN FRANCISCO WARRIORS" in blue on red felt. In the middle is the large “Indians Head” in blue, red, and yellow embroidery. On the left sleeve is the player number “12” in blue on red felt. The zipper is broken. The jacket shows nice wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
