Inside the back collar is the "NIKE" manufacturer's size 4XL tag. Written on this tag in black marker is the player number “34.” Attached is the "LENGTH + 4, Made in the USA" flag tag. The inside inseam has two tags, a Nike washing instructions tag and a "1998-99 Made in USA" year tag. On the left breast is the "LOS ANGELES LAKERS" embroidered logo patch. On the right breast is the embroidered "Nike" logo patch. Across the back is the player name “O’NEAL” in yellow on white tackle twill. Above the name on back is the embroidered "Nike” swoosh logo. Inside the back of the waistband on the pants is the "NIKE" manufacturer's tag with size "4XL" on it, and player number "34" written in black marker. Attached are an additional three flag tags reading "LENGTH + 4, Made in the USA," another is a material tag with wash instructions, and the last one reading "1998-99." On the upper right thigh of the pants is the official embroidered "NBA" logo. On the upper left thigh the embroidered “Nike” logo.
