On the front tail is the "Nike" manufacturers size "60" tag. Attached is an additional manufacturers tag with "LENGTH +4 Made in USA" on it. In the inside left seam are two additional tags which read "2001-2002" and "Made in USA." Across the front is "LAKERS" in yellow on white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" in white on yellow tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "O’NEAL" in yellow on white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the right breast is the post "9/11 USA Unity Flag" patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
