On the front tail is the "NIKE" manufacturers size 54 tag. Attached is an additional manufacturers tag reading "LENGTH +4" and "Made in USA". The inside inseam has two tags, a Nike washing instructions tag and a "2003-04 Made in USA" year tag. Across the front is "LAKERS" in yellow on white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "11" in white on yellow tackle twill. On the left breast is the official embroidered "NBA" logo. Across the back is the player name "MALONE" in yellow on white tackle twill. Inside the back of the waistband is the "Nike" manufacturers size 42 tag. Written on this tag in blue marker is the player number “11.” The inside inseam has two tags, a Nike washing instructions tag and a "2001-02 Made in USA" year tag. On the left thigh is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The uniform shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
