From 1984 to 2002, he played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) as a member of the Houston Rockets and Toronto Raptors. He led the Rockets to back-to-back NBA championships in 1994 and 1995. In 2008, he was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame. On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 50 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent is the Champion "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Houston Rockets BODY LENGTH +6." Across the front is "HOUSTON" in white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" in white tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "OLAJUWON" in white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
