Next to this is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Utah Jazz BODY LENGTH +4 SLEEVE LENGTH +2". On the left breast and on back is the “Jazz” team logo. On the right sleeve is the "NBA 50th Anniversary" patch. On the right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jacket shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
