Next to this is the "CHAMPION" exclusive tag, which reads "1992-93 Designed & Tailored Exclusively for UTAH JAZZ BODY LENGTH +2 SLEEVE LENGTH +3". Written on the tag in black marker is player number "21." On the front left breast and on back is “UTAH JAZZ” logo in purple, green and yellow tackle twill. On the right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the inside back waistband of the pants is the "Champion" manufacturer’s size 36 tag with wash instructions. Next to this is the "1992-93 Designed & Tailored Exclusively for UTAH JAZZ RISE +1 INSEAM 36" tag. The player number “21” is written on this tag in black marker. The jacket & pants show wear and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
