During his rookie season, O'Neal averaged 23.4 points on 56.2% shooting, 13.9 rebounds, and 3.5 blocks per game for the season. He was named the 1993 NBA Rookie of the Year and became the first rookie to be voted an All-Star starter since Michael Jordan in 1985. We are not sure how many jerseys Shaq wore in this game but the provenance on this one is impeccable. On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturers size 52 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent is the Champion "Designed & Tailored Exclusively for Shaquille O’Neal 1993" tag. Inside the inseam is a tag that reads "3 INCHES EXTRA BODY LENGTH." Across the front is "NBA ALL-STARS." Below that on the front is the player number "32" in the white on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "O’NEAL" in white tackle twill. Below that on back is the player number "32" in red on white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Shaq’s former LSU teammate, Dennis Tracey.
