On the front tail is the "ADIDAS" manufacturer’s tag. Attached to that are four additional tag’s with the size "50," "LENGTH +2," "2008-2009," and "CLIMALITE" on them. Above that is an additional "SPECIAL EDITION ST. PATRICKS DAY" tag. Across the front is "BULLS." Below that and on the back is the player number "15." Across the back is the player name "SALMONS." All numbering and lettering is done in black on white tackle twill. Above the name on back is the official "BULLS" logo patch. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the right breast is the “Johnny Kerr / Norm Van Lier” patch. On the back inside waistband of the shorts is the "ADIDAS" manufacturers tag. Attached to that are three additional tags with the size "46," “+2” Length,” and "CLIMALITE" on them. Player number "15" is written on the tag in black marker. On the upper right thigh is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On the side of each leg is the "BULLS” team logo patch. The uniform shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from the Chicago Bulls.
