Across the back is the player name "WARD" in blue tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the embroidered official “NBA” logo. Autographed on the front and back numbers in blue marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
