This three panel piece of the Boston Garden Floor was mounted to a 16” x 20” display piece with green felt backing, and presented to Celtics great Dennis Johnson on December 13, 1991. A plaque below the floor pieces reads “DENNIS JOHNSON BOSTON GARDEN DECEMBER 13, 1991” and continues “UPON THE GARDEN PARQUET AND WHEREVER THE CELTICS PLAYED, DJ’S OUTSTANDING CAREER EPITOMIZED THE BEST OF BASKETBALL AND THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CELTICS PRIDE”. This award was obtained directly from Johnson’s family and comes with a family LOA.
