On the left front tail is the "Starter" manufacturer's tag. Adjacent to this is the "98" year tag. There are also two flag tags, one indicating size "48" and another indicating "4" L.B.". On the front, back and each sleeve is the player number "84" in white on yellow tackle twill with the back player number showing two repairs and one to the shoulder. Across the back above the player number is a purple name plate with "MOSS" in white on yellow tackle twill. On the bottom of the V-neck is the official NFL logo patch. The "Starter" manufacturer's logo is also embroidered onto each sleeve. In Moss's rookie year, some of his jerseys were cut and hemmed at the bottom and some were not. There are also paint transfer marks on the numerals. The unwashed jersey shows good game-use and, with the exception the three repairs, appears to have no alterations of any kind.
