Nick Jones was a 6-2 guard from the University of Oregon who played five seasons of professional basketball in the NBA and ABA. He was drafted by the San Diego Rockets in the third round (31st overall) of the 1967 NBA draft. In the back inside collar of this jersey is the “Wilson” manufacturer’s size 44 tag with wash instructions. Written on this tag is “4” XL” in ballpoint pen. On the front left chest is the embroidered “WARRIORS” logo in blue and yellow embroidery. On the left sleeve is the embroidered “Golden State Warriors” team patch with the player number “15” in blue tackle twill. The shooting shirt shows wear and besides the number change appears to have no other alterations of any kind.
