On the front left tail is the "Champion" manufacturer’s size 46 tag with wash instructions. Adjacent is another Champion "Designed & Tailored 94/95 Exclusively for Dallas Mavericks BODY LENGTH +3" tag. Across the front is "MAVERICKS" in blue on white on green tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "5" in blue on white on green tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "KIDD" in blue tackle twill. On the upper left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. Autographed in the inside back collar in black marker and rates an 8. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The autograph is accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
