LeBron James was a three-time "Mr. Basketball" of Ohio in high school before being selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers as the number one overall pick in the 2003 NBA Draft. Since entering the league James has set numerous youngest player records and was named the NBA Rookie of the Year in 2003-04. He received nods as the NBA’s Most Valuable Player in both the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons, and has been named to both the All-Star Game and the All-NBA team in every season since 2005. In Cleveland LeBron is the centerpiece of the Cavs attack, and has led the team to consecutive playoff appearances from 2006 through 2010. In 2007, the Cavaliers advanced to the Conference Finals for the first time since 1992 and to the NBA Finals for the first time in franchise history. In addition to his impressive NBA exploits, James has been a staple member of the USA national team, winning a bronze medal at the 2004 Olympics and gold at the 2008 Olympics. “King James” wore this road jersey during his rookie season with the Cavs in 2003-04.
