A 6-5 power forward/center from Michigan State University, Green spent 14 seasons (1959–1973) in the NBA. He tallied 12,281 points and 9,083 rebounds in his career and appeared in the NBA All-Star Game four times (in 1962, 1963, 1965, and 1971). On the left front tail of this jersey is the “MacGregor” manufacturer’s size 46 tag. Next to that is the "Gerry Cosby" distributor's tag and a wash instructions tag. Across the front is "NEW YORK" in blue on orange tackle twill. Below on front and on back is the player number "11" in blue on orange tackle twill. Inside the front waistband of the matching home shorts, which are attributed to HOFer Walt Bellamy is the “MacGregor” manufacturer’s size 40 tag. Written next to this is the player number “8” in blue marker. On the front left leg is the “NY” logo in blue on orange tackle twill. The uniform shows good game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
