On the back is the player name "JOHNSON" in white tackle twill on a green name plate. On the right breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. On each sleeve is the official "Celtics Shamrock" logo green on yellow tackle twill. The jacket is not worn and there appears to be no alterations of any kind.
