On the left front tail is the “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with jersey size “54”. Adjacent in the jersey seam is the “Cool Base” flag tag. Across the front is “Phillies” embroidered in red stitch on a white embroidered patch. Player name “HOWARD” appears on back. Player number “6” appears on both the back and left sleeve. All these numbers and letters are done in red on white tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Majestic embroidered logo. At the back of the neck is the official MLB embroidered logo patch. On the right sleeve is the “VUK” patch worn in memory of John Vukovich. The shirt is void of the year swatch in the tail. The jersey shows light game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
