This jersey was worn by Tommy Lasorda during the LA Dodgers magical World Series Championship season of 1988. Inside the rear collar is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with wash instructions and jersey size “48”. Attached is a white flag tag with “SET 1 1988”. Across the front is “Dodgers”. Manager’s name “LASORDA” appears across the back. All these letters are done in blue on white tackle twill. Manager’s number “2” appears on front n red tackle twill and on back in blue on white tackle twill. Tommy Lasorda has signed the back number in silver marker rating an 8 and signed the front in black marker adding the inscription “Good Luck” in black marker rating a 7-8. The jersey shows wear and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as by an additional LOA.
